SmartCaseDesign wants you to be happy with your purchase and if you have any concerns after receiving your item, please contact me in order to resolve any issues as I'm happy to organise an exchange or a refund.

If you want to return or exchange an item, it must be in an unused condition.
It's the buyers responsibility to cover the return shipping cost, and in the case of an exchange the cost of shipping out the new item. If you are returning an item I will refund the full item price once I receive it but I'm unable to refund shipping fees.

In the unlikely event of a faulty or damaged item please contact me and show me some photos of the issue to receive a full refund or replacement.

Please note that custom orders can not be returned or exchanged.
